This Privacy Policy explains how CardMark, operated by Robomation LLC, collects, uses, shares, protects, retains, and deletes information when you use the CardMarkwebsite, mobile application, desktop application, and related services.

CardMark provides tools for organizing trading-card and sealed-product collections, reviewing market values and price history, scanning and identifying cards, maintaining wishlists, tracking seller activity, and synchronizing information across supported devices. This policy applies to information processed through CardMark services.
2. Information we collect
Account information
When you create or manage an account, we may collect your email address, account identifier, authentication information in protected form, subscription status, referral information, and account preferences. We do not need or intend to store your plain-text password.
Collection, wishlist, and seller information
We may store information you enter or save about trading cards and sealed products, including item identifiers, set and card information, condition, grade, grading company, variant or finish, quantity, purchase and sale information, notes, wishlist status, work-log information, and collection history.
Card scans, images, and camera use
If you use card-scanning or image-recognition features, CardMark may access your device camera with your permission and may process images of trading cards to identify cards, match catalog records, or provide related features. Images or derived scan data may be transmitted to CardMark systems for processing when required by the feature. CardMark does not use camera access for advertising.
Subscription, billing, and referral information
Paid subscriptions may be processed through third-party payment providers, including applicable app-store billing systems. CardMark may receive customer identifiers, subscription tier, subscription status, transaction or invoice status, renewal information, and related billing metadata. Full payment-card numbers are processed by the payment provider and are not intended to be stored by CardMark. Referral records may include referral codes, qualifying subscription status, payout method information, and payout history when applicable.
Technical, security, and usage information
We may process IP address, browser or app version, device and operating-system information, timestamps, authentication events, synchronization events, diagnostic information, error logs, and similar technical information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
Support communications
If you contact us, we may retain your email address, messages, screenshots, attachments, and other information you provide so that we can investigate and respond to your request.
3. How we use information
- Provide and maintain CardMark accounts and authentication.
- Store, synchronize, and display collection, wishlist, seller, and related user data.
- Identify cards and provide scan, search, pricing, analytics, and market-information features.
- Provide subscription entitlements, process billing-related events, and administer referrals.
- Respond to support, privacy, and account requests.
- Protect accounts and the service, prevent abuse and fraud, and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Improve reliability, performance, usability, and features.
- Comply with applicable law and enforce applicable terms and policies.
4. Market and catalog data
Market values, card details, images, population information, and price history may come from third-party sources or may be calculated from available data. These sources may have their own terms and privacy practices. Collection records that you create are associated with your account and may be synchronized across supported devices.
5. Service providers and sharing
CardMark may use service providers for cloud hosting, data storage, payment processing, app-store billing, email, security, support, analytics or diagnostics, and market or catalog data. These providers may process information as necessary to provide services to CardMark and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
We may also disclose information when you direct or authorize us to do so; when reasonably necessary to protectCardMark, our users, or others; in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, sale, or other business transfer; or when required by applicable law, legal process, or a valid government request.
CardMark does not sell personal information to advertisers.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account and collection functionality, protect security, prevent fraud, maintain required business and accounting records, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal obligations. Backup copies and records that must be retained for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, or accounting purposes may remain for a limited period after an account-deletion request.
7. Security
CardMark uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. Data transmitted between supported CardMark clients and production services is intended to use encrypted network connections. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account credentials private and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
8. Your choices, access, correction, and account deletion
You may update certain account and collection information through the service. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us.
To request deletion of your CardMark account and associated data: use the account-deletion option in the CardMark application when available, or email support@pokemation.com with the subject “CardMark Account Deletion Request” from the email address associated with your account. We may take reasonable steps to verify that you control the account before completing the request.
When an account-deletion request is completed, CardMark will delete or de-identify personal data associated with the account except information that must be retained for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute, or legal-compliance purposes. Retained information will be limited to the purpose requiring retention and kept only as long as reasonably necessary.
9. Cookies and local storage
CardMark web services may use cookies, browser storage, or similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, preferences, security, session continuity, and core application functionality. Third-party services used by CardMarkmay set or use their own cookies or similar technologies in accordance with their policies.
10. Children’s privacy
CardMark is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13 without legally required authorization. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information to CardMark, contact us so we can review and, when appropriate, delete the information.
11. International users
CardMark is operated from the United States. Information may be processed or stored in the United States or other locations where CardMark or its service providers operate, subject to applicable law.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as CardMark, our vendors, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when the policy changes. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, application, or account email when appropriate or required.
